Shipping policy

All shipments are sent via Canada Post by each of our suppliers. After placing an order with multiple products, you may receive several packages separately, as we work with different suppliers to offer you the widest variety possible.

Shipping times range from 3 to 15 business days depending on the products ordered.

Standard delivery rates are determined based on the quantity and price of the purchased products. Product deliveries are available in all regions of Canada. 

Deliveries to remote areas may incur additional costs. A surcharge is added to partially offset the expenses incurred to ensure the service. The surcharge is determined based on the postal code of a remote region.
